Ship Abilene
is your personal

Ship Abilene will send you an email with instructions on how to use your services
Order Online: When you place an order online, use this unique address as the shipping destination for your package. Once we receive your package, we’ll send you an email letting you know that we received it along with an image of the package.
In-store Pick-up: Visit our store during appointment only business hours. You can even text us ahead of time at 325-238-6168 and we'll have your packages ready when you arrive.
After signing up, you will be assigned a personal mailbox number and notification that authorizes Ship Abilene to receive mail on your behalf. You will also submit two forms of ID. Ship Abilene makes this process easy.
Call your vendors, utility holders, or business and update your mailing address with the new suite number assigned by Ship Abilene, and we will start to receive your mail on your behalf.
Your virtual mailbox number will most often appear on the same line as the street address. Sample address:

To update your credit card information:
1) Please make sure you've contacted us via text or email at 325-238-6168 or contact@shipabilene.com
2) Once, we have updated your information, you will receive a text or email verification
A package is everything with a tracking number. Mail is everything else.
You must have two valid forms of identification from the list below. One piece must have your photo and one must have your current address.
Documents for ID:
A valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card
An armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card
A passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
Documents for proof your current address:
A current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust
A voter or vehicle registration card
A home or vehicle insurance policy
Additional charges will be applied for packages weighing more than 50 lbs.
50-69 lbs. = $5 charge
70+ lbs. = $10 charge
60” - 79” = $5 charge
80”+ = $10 charge
Monday-Saturday: By Appointment Only for Package Pick-ups
Ship Abilene will hold packages up to 30 days.
Note: After 7 days, any package that's longer than 2 feet on any side will incur a $5/week charge.

Ship Abilene uses Stripe.com to accept payments. Stripe encrypts all customers' credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately.
To cancel your subscription:
Please make sure to notify us via email at Contact@shipabilene.com
Type in the subject line: "Cancel My Subscription"
Subscription is cancelled upon receipt via email, ONLY if there are not mail/packages located at Ship Abilene AND if the account is paid in full and nothing owed to Ship Abilene
